At Red Door Boutique we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason your order is unsatisfactory please refer to the following policies and procedures regarding returns:
We do not accept any returns or refunds. However, in some cases we will allow for exchanges and/or in store credit.
All SALE items are FINAL and may not be exchanged, no exceptions.
Upon arrival please check all items. If there are any issues with your order please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. When emailing please include your name, order number and a detailed description of the issue including any photos.
For any defective or incorrect item(s) we will reimburse any costs associated with returning the item up to the original shipping fee of $7.00. Any costs above that amount are the responsibility of the customer. Photo proof of receipt is required for reimbursement of shipping costs. We will be responsible for any return shipping to replace the item(s). In the event the item is no longer in stock, you may choose a replacement item or in store credit to use at your convenience.
For any other exchanges customer is responsible for all shipping.
All items must remain in original condition to be eligible for an exchange. Only items that are unwashed, unworn, odor-free and with original price tag attached will be accepted. Any returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival for any defects including but not limited to odors of perfumes and cigarette smoke. In the event the item is not eligible for exchange the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
